i wish i had checked your site before i went there. i bid on two rings and won. i finally got them. they were pretty and i told bidz thank you. well i took them to the jewelery store, where they told me they were glass stones instead of topaz, and the diamonds were about the size of a pin head. i was sad when they told me they are worth about 5 dollars. this is a total rip off. bidz told me the value compares to 200-360. in case they read this my order number is 000656063. they say no exchange and it would cost me to send them back, so i will suck it up,but i never will bid on that site again. i wanted to sell on ebay, but iwould not rip some one off like that. please tell any one you know not to go there. thanks

We were able to successfully match an account with the information provided. I can assure you the "Fashionable Ring With 1.53ctw Precious Stones - Genuine Diamonds and Topazes in Solid Yellow Gold - Size 6.5. **Compare: $329.00" was as described. Should this not be the case and a jeweler is willing to put this fact in writing, we would gladly accept the item back and issue a full refund for not only the item but all shipping charges and fees associated with the original purchase and the return. The reason we ask for a jeweler's statement or appraisal is because we have evaluated this merchandise extensively. The merchandise is also sold to us by our vendors as such. Should this prove to be anything other than what we have been told and evaluated it as, we would like to contact our vendors as well with the proof the jeweler is willing to put in writing. If we sold items that were grossly misrepresented, we would not be as successful as we are today. We also have a long list of resellers that take advantage of our deals and never receive complaints on the merchandise we have provided. We do not exchange items as a rule to all customers. An exchange, especially in this instance would not resolve this issue because the customer may experience the same problem with the replacement. In the interest of the company and the customer, we offer refunds in lieu of replacements.
