In June of 2009 I was offered a 3 day FREE trial of Dish Network through Big Dog Satellite TV. The technician came to set up the equipment but was unable to secure a signal due to 2 large trees in the area. He worked for 4 hours and left. He was unable to return the next day so I decided to stay with my local cable. The tech returned on Monday to collect the equipment. He failed to notify Big Dog as well as Dish Network of the issue. Dish Network worked with me to cancel my service with no fees. However, Big Dog wants to charge me $549 for breaching my cintract which I never signed due the incomplete installation. I have contacted them several times and have heard "We're on it" but 2 months later I'm still in the middle of this nightmare!
I am wondering, has this been taken care of? If so, I am suprised that you have not updated us in what happened. If Big Dog Satellite has stopped trying to charge you, shouldn't you let us know? Am I being presumptuous, or will you respond and let me know?
