BIG LTD - PREYS ON THE UNFORTUNATE HUGE SCAMMERS Will not stop drafting account has rcvd double there money back in 3 months Reno Nevada
At the end of July I got a loan from BIG LTD over the internet they did over the phone "recordings" and rushed through everything even after being asked to repeat several times. The rep was hard to understand because of her dilect. After being drafted from the 4 times I called in and asked to review their rules/guidelines and writing and they refused and I was refused the right to speak to any member of management I informed them that there rules where wrong they can draft you forever (literally forever) until the receive there $200 plus the bi weekly service fee. Thats ridiculous!
At this point they will not even allow me to hear our voice records which makes me think there are none. I have paid back over $400 to them in 3 months and they will not stop drafting me. This has to be illegal they dont even have a way that you can pay down on the principal debt owed.
There only suggestion was for me to write a letter to there corporate office. I did this and still nothing. This has to be stopped I cannot afford to have the harrassment at work so I have not stopped payments as of yet but I dont think I will have any choice soon.
These are the biggest con artist and its should be illegal
