Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I went to Toyota of Irving-PreOwned to purchase a car, went there because due to finacial hardships I had a reposession, I thought because Big Shoe was apart of the Toyota family it would be a reputable company to do business with.

Within 24 hours of purchasing the car we found that it had an oil leak...when we took it back and told the Sales Manager James Brown we didn't want the car...he said we couldn't get it our money back or get a differnt car...they repaired the car and now 4 months later the same gasket they fixed is leaking again, and the transmission that he claimed had just been rebuilt broke and needs to be replaced to the tune of 1800.00...when we called to ask him about the repairs he said had been done he claimed the warranty was out.

and they are expecting us to pay for the repairs...Mr Brown claimed to be a christian and turns out he's a heartless devil selling useless cars to people who have had a bad break in life...

I have never had such an aweful experience with a car company...and just to thing they are Giving Toyota of Irving a bad name...

I was buying a car recently, and had made arrangements to take said car to my mechanic. I got there the next after noon, and the manager Mr. Brown (who is black by the way, go figure) told me i couldnt drive the car to my mechanics. the mechanic is only about 5 minutes away, and obviously he isnt going to come there. I asked if the salesman would be willing to take me, since i hadnt even test driven the car yet, kind of like a test drive over to the mechanics, again they refused. He further went on to tell me that they had been in business over 20 something years (or 30 i cant remember) and that it was as "if we were the ARABS down the street selling junkers" WHATEVER! I found that so obnoxiously rude, that i took my business else where immediatly. Westway ford took my business, let me test drive my car, let me take it to my mechanic and when i wasnt happy with that car they let me repeat it with another, which i bought.
