after joining web sites using billcards.com for the credit card tranaction,you go to site and find that the 1000 pictures of apples and oranges is really 100 pictures of pears and bannas, so you request a refund, which is granted; however, you are than put on a blacklist warning other credit card services not to honor you.Therefor you cannot sign up anywhere on the internet that checks the blacklist

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: BillCards security team Their relationship to the company: Owner Rebuttal: Each member can request refund his money if they have not got that they have paid. Most of clients tries to be secure and typing incorrect data. Another part of them have used free e-mail addresses or typing incorrect addresses and than can got their access data. In all case they have possibility to make chargeback form their bank. We don't miss emails of our clients, but our response need the time.
