They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: BillCards security team Their relationship to the company: Owner Rebuttal: Each member can request refund his money if they have not got that they have paid. Most of clients tries to be secure and typing incorrect data. Another part of them have used free e-mail addresses or typing incorrect addresses and than can got their access data. In all case they have possibility to make chargeback form their bank. We don't miss emails of our clients, but our response need the time.
