Floyd "Bill" Miller is a cabinet maker in Crowley, Texas. Bill took a $4,500 deposit on the construction of the cabinets for my new home. Five (5) weeks later he tells me to "go ahead and file on him with county J.P." He said" I dont own anything but my tools and you cant get them because I use them to make a living".(obviously not!)This was after several request for my deposit back due to the fact that no cabinets were being built. Five weeks of dealing with this man and the only thing he seems to do is get drunk. We have a written contract.
Upon speaking with the local J.P.(county judge) I was told that this has happened at least 2 other times that he knows of by this same man.
I have been told that the DA in our county will not take a case like this unless there have been 5 instances of this type by the individual. What the hell is this about?

In 2009 we were building our New home as well in Joshua, Texas and in a hurry so I could move my parents in with us because my mother was dying from ALS "Lou Gehrig's Disease" and this trash did the exact same thing to us!! He is a drunk evil person! I went by his shop last year and the man next to it said the DEA came and took everything! He did us exactly the same way he did you and I felt sorry for him because he has a hole in his throat from Cancer! I hope he is in jail or dead!
