Binoculars.com Says Cancelled, But Sends & Bills Anyway Omaha, N Internet
At the end of Feb. of this year I had placed an order of several binoculars from this company. The very next day of placing the order, I had e-mailed the company to cancel the order, due to the fact I found the same thing cheaper elsewhere.
The order had not been worked on yet, so I received an e-mail back from them saying they had succeffully cancelled my order.
About a week later, I get another e-mail saying they are filling my order, so I e-mailed them again cancelling the order, and than tried to call them in order to confirm the cancellation, no such luck getting through only the run around.
Than in the beginning of March got another e-mail stating the order was cancelled. A couple of days later I get a "your order has been shipped e-mail" plus they charged me for the product, I had already cancelled several times over.
