EXTENZE Rip Off
On 8/26/10, I viewed a TV advertisement offering a one-time trial offer of Extenze for $ .97. I ordered the free trial on line and was shocked to discover this company had not only debited me with the $ .97, but also a charge of $50.00 !!! The $50 was to HOLD the order until they could verify that my credit card was valid which was NOT DISCLOSED anywhere. I have called daily since 8/30/10 to cancel the order and dispute the $50 charge - requesting a credit back onto my card with no success. When checking my account on 9/3/10 to see if the the $50 had been credited, I discovered that an additional $43.95 was debited from my card !! I have attempted to regain the $50 and the $43.95 back with NO SUCCESS. This entire transaction has cost me $93.95 total for a $ .97 free trial. Have constantly been in contact with both customer service, and a supervisor on 9/3/10 STILL WITH NO SUCCESS for a credit. I presently have no income other than a very small amount of unemployment, and am scheduled for surgery soon where I cannot even pay the necessary copay. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS ADVERTISEMENT unless you want to be scammed like I have been !!
