the add says guaranteed or you money back, wrong! i have had atleast two conversations with reps on the phone. i have had no luck with refunds at this point. one comment from them about getting a refund was "good luck with that" i have even sent them a note with the paperwork that I sent.
i also recieved pornographic videos which i destroyed. they are in my opinion
not reputable. DONT GET CONNED
