Complaint- Unpaid Wages, Falsifies Overtime Payout, No Vacation, No Sick, No Holiday Pay, Shortages and deductions, late payments of last 13 checks, violations of civil rights.
 
First and foremost I'm speaking the truth. I been working with this company for quite awhile now. There's no human resources. So there's no employee handbook. We've gotten our last 13 payrolls checks and direct deposits late.  We are on a bi weekly schedule and are to be paid on Tuesday's. We are full time employees and there's no benefits offered by the company. It was at first and when we enrolled. The owner cancelled it with no notice and never told us. We found out from operations he couldn't afford it and we are left with no benefits. There's no 30 minutes of lunch nor 15 minutes of break. We work in a office. Once we are in that's it. You eat at your desk and that's that. There's no Human Resources.
 
This guy Gulraj Grewal has his head so far up Kewsong Lee & Michael Arpey's asses from Carlyle that  you can smell their poo on his breath. Gulraj Gewal is so blind to the employees that he pays. He worries more about how much money he has to pay out that he doesn't realize that he is the reason why his company will go down. The universe will take care of him. What goes around comes around. 
 
As a full-time employee we are to work up to 40 hours. If there's no work. We are told not to come in. The weeks of Christmas 2015 and new years 2016 we only worked a total of 40 hours in a payroll period if a bi weekly payroll. (1 week owed) There's no sick time, no bereavement pay, no paid time off of any sort, and or  no vacation time offered and if we are off the holidays like Christmas, New Years, Memorial day (which just passed) 1 day pay owed, July 4th, Labor day and Thanksgiving which are all national holidays. We are given time off and not paid for it. If it's slow we are sent home and if we dont make 40 hours it's not made up. He is not a man of his word. He make promises that sounds good and never follows through with his word or agreement. There's no reviews for raises.There's no time and a half for any holidays worked on. Theres back pay owed. Check the books, employee files, etc. The employee hourly wages have been tampered with.
 
Now do to the lack of formal training. How can you expect someone to do something if you haven't formally trained them. The new people in the office had to learn pretty much through repetition. We are also verbally abused by the owner Raj constantly via the work. He doesn't allow us to work without stress. He is always micromanaging every  situation. From phone calls, to emails, to when you blink. It's stressful because he doesn't trust his employees. He treats us like we are incompetent. He curses at us when he's angry. Screams and shouts in the office. Theres no exclusivity. It's Embarrassing. He threatens us if we make a mistake and or doesn't give you the time to correct anything due to his micromanaging tactics. We have been threatened to be fired and or sent home for mistakes made. Unfortunately we live in an imperfect society. That's bullying and abuse of power. This has to be looked into and stopped immediately. 
 
Chris Christie office has been contacted. The Dept Of Civil Rights has been contacted. Now the world is being put on notice. THIS IS THE WORSE EMPLOYER EVER. I REPEAT!!!!!!! This guy is a piece of s**t that shou;d have been swallowed rather than born
