blast fitness (club ready) flaws in personal training contract practices and refund battle Irving, Texas
I joined blast fitness because i actually wanted to use their personal training services in july 2012. I tried to get out of the contract due in part that my trainer moved and didn't want to train with another trainer. They still keep charging me the fees even though i have cancelled my contract over two months ago. I also notice that they also make their customers waved their right to sue them over issue that customers may have . Personally, I think it faulty practice for any business to take away their customers rights to take them court or file a lawsuit against them.
