I placed an order for these flashlights 20 days ago. Charges hit my CC and have recieved my bill. Still no flashlights. Called Blaze Ray ph# and get a recorded message to contact thier support site. No such site to contact. No way to follow up on the status of my order.

I was able to contact Blaze Ray Support and all is good. They had fallen way behind on processing orders because of the hurricane that went thought the area. I hadn't though of that but now it makes perfect sense. My order is processed and on the way. Customer support was very helpful and polite.
