The other person already said the reason why they won't tell you which software. I'm here to remind you that they don't have to anyway. Even if you think they should have to provide evidence to take action on your account, they don't have to. Nor will they. They don't have to have a reason to close your account at all, in fact. It's in the rules. They won't close it for nothing, but if you feel like it was unjustified (if you did use 3rd party stuff don't bother, they caught you, just deal with it and move on) you can contact customer support. There is a forum called customer service or customer support, and they have listed the numbers you need to call to dispute the action taken on your account. If you have a friend with a WoW account, it can be extremely effective to post on the cs forum. The mods are very good with giving you personal help, but be patient! It can take a while. Don't post the e-mails in the forum post either, you can get in trouble for that. Just outline the situation and give what details you can. Then bump it every hour or so whenever you have a chance. If you didn't use 3rd party cheats, good luck getting your account back, I'm rooting for you. If you did use cheats, haha, you got caught.

Blizzard can not and will not disclose any information of third-party software. There was once a time they told account holders what software was running, and the author of the software claimed that Blizzard was publicly defacing his software. They changed their policy to protect themselves and the developers of the software. The blame must be placed on the greedy idiots and not the people who are honest.
