I rented a nintendo 64 game and a couple of movies. When it was time to return them I noticed that my son had lost the box to the game. I called blockbuster and I told them that I had lost the box for the game and they said there wasn't a problem just to walk in and give it to one of the associates.
I walked in and gave an associate the game and the movies. A week later they called and said I owed a late fee on the game and I told them that I had already returned the game and they said they didn't have it so they are charging me $78 for the game. (The question is how is it that they got the movies, but not the game?).
Could it be that somebody took the game home and don't they have cameras where they could have seen one of the associates take it home or maybe it was there mistake and they overlooked it and blamed me.
