I really enjoyed the, "this is the poorest customer service" schpeel. You know why? It wasn't done by a person...it was all automatic in the computer. There was no customer servicing lol
Also, was your address and phone number updated? It was almost a year ago, I'm sure you remember every detail of that 200 days ago.

They are obviously concerned about keeping a customer.... oh wait. You aren't one of their customers anymore. Maybe you DID have a late movie and you forgot about it. $14.80 isn't even a huge late fee.
