Company failed to include the card with the flowers and the recipients had no idea who the flowers were from, not to mention the fact that there was a special greeting attached.
When I called to inquire, the representative who answered the phone insisted that there was a card attached but we failed to see it! He was extremely rude, and refused to have the card sent over!
I paid for complete service, did not receive it, and was dealt with extremely rudely when I called to make my inquiry!
I highly advise that you do not do business with this company- they have no understanding at all of what customer satisfaction means!
