I have used the blu cig products for over 4 years now. At first the issues were with the cheap manufacturing of the battery ( this is the actual cigarette) and the chargers. They seem to have fixed most of these issues.

Now the actual cartridges are a problem. They decided to add the "tank" which is a larger cartridge and has a completely different taste. The taste is horrible. No problem, I will stick to the original which they still made. The they decided to have the exact same packaging but with one small word "Black" or "High" on the front. Store owners have no idea what they are ordering because most don't use the product. 

So now I have to figure out why some say black and some say high. I believe the 'high" lasts longer, but I have no idea. The taste of both is good.

Here is the kicker: They made batches of this product that taste horrible just like the tanks, it seems that they used the same juice for certain batches of this product. So when I buy them I have no idea if I am getting the horrible tasting product or the other. The stores have no idea what I am talking about and do not refund my money. I do not blame the stores. These cost approx $15 per pack. I am out about $200 since they changed their product.

It seems that they deliver the good tasting product for a while and then slip in the bad about every other time. They do this at all of the locations in my town.

This is so difficult because the store owners don't know what I am saying. There are 3 products:

The tank: New and all seem top be horrible.

High: exact packaging as Black only they seem larger and can be used with the larger battery without the burning taste.

Black: smaller cartridge, same packaging as the high and cannot be used with the larger battery without tasting very hot within minutes.

Issue: Some batches or lot numbers are very,very bad, but you can't ever know which ones yoiu are purchasing until you open them and try one at which point you can't return it. Actually the stores don't return the unopened items either and I understand that from the store owners point of view.

When I called the company I was told that they are constantly working on their formulas to make them better..this about covers everything and they can change whatever they like whenever they like and you won't ever know what you are getting.

I am so frustrated with this and feel it should be illegal to throw in the crappy batches just to get rid of them!!
