I have bought 3 phones-and all 3 have been returned. I have squandered time/mileage/gas/e-mails/phone calls- all to no avail. Everything about this company is secretive- even their Corporate Headquarters won't give you phone #'s for their President-or a Resolution Team. E-mails sent go on their web page unto a drop down menu box- and then they claim to have no record of any correspondence.
I have spent in excess of over $500.00 - for gas/mileage/time/e-mails/phone calls etc. Finally after e-mailing their HR department by a fluck - someone finally did respond. Now I am being put on the defensive- and being made out to be a liar. They fail to take any ownership for their awful mistakes. I shall attach their e-mail- so you can read it- as they claim to have no record of the e-mails/calls etc... Amazing really- an obscure small phone company attempting to compete with the big guys- yet will not take ownership for all their errors-and attempt to make things right with their customer base. In fact have approximatelly 30 complaints with the Better Business Bureau already.
So please avoid this firm- for they are awful. I am angry- so that is why I am writing this- I do not like to see people being taken advantage off-otherwise I would have walked away a long time ago.
Avoid Blu Phones at all costs- otherwise- you shall regret it- that I promise you.
