I purchased an item from Blue Heron Jewelry and Hair Accessories in September 2009 and never received the purchased item, even though they charged my credit card through paypal. I have e-mailed them and left messages concerning this matter and have not been contacted once to clear this matter up.

Blue Heron contacted me a couple days within this report being filed with an apology, and I received the item I ordered within two days. Case closed.
