Hi Duncan, we read your report with some surprise at some of the comments you have made. Just to clear up a few points, it was actually us that refunded your order today after you made a PayPal claim. You ordered our services on the 07/09 and promptly opened a dispute today, only 2 days after placing the order. We clearly state on our website we have a 4 week lead time, and that orders do not start immediately.
Yes we are based in Australia this is stated on our website, along with all our business information etc. We noticed that you lodged some support tickets but with the time differences we had not had a chance to respond before you lodged a dispute and this report. I can assure you we do deliver on our orders and have a great repeat customer base, it is a shame that we didn't get the chance to work on your order.
I am not sure where you have found "hundreds" of complants about Blumpo or Johnston Webb Associates. Johnston Webb Associates actually has many owners across many brands that are involved in the business.
