went there in 4/2011 needed new brakes and routers paid 1,500.00 picked up the car net day I realize missing a hub cap and the hood wasnt closed.  Went thre the following sat complained and the fixed all the problems.  2 weeks later missing a pice that is glued to the back door and the car is all scratched they actually cleaned the car with probably a dry rag no soap and water and rub the dust into the car and scratched the surfice I went back and fourth and not we are on 7 times each time the car is worse they lie say they will replace it and they are out of stock when you come back and they they make you pay.  Each trip they make a light go out one guy ahad the nerve to tell me to my face that my light is damaged and water is getting in and I said which like did you fix last time and he said back light and I said but you want to tell me the front light is damaged.  Today it is actually 6 days since I have been there and now another light it out back right side.  I can't make this up; I WILL NEVER GO BACK there and why Corp. BMW allows them to still operate is not to be believed.  Corp. offifce toldme to find another BMW Service station. Can you believe it the Manager/owner Mr. Soladano a liar and a crook



I believe these guys work on commission of what they fix.  I am in now 2500 Oh and they lie about your mileage.  DO GO THERE RUN RUN AND Don't look back,  I had my car 12 years used to go to Mamaroneck but they closed and stuck with this high tech facility.  Now will be going to Fast Eddie because he will not rip me off
