Boats for sale by owner False report advertising boats
They contact you from leads they get from craigs list or other places you may have your boat listed. Then they call you and say they will advertise your boat in many different publications for one flat fee. usualy around $300. Then they want your credit card info and promiss that your AD will be all other the country. I got sucked in.
They send you a link which they made up themselfes and show you the AD. Only problem is try doing a search for your boat on the web and you will play hell trying to find it. It's a scam and stay away. Don't get sucked in like me This clown is a rip off artist check other complaints.
