BOB TERRIO - TERRIO AUTOMOTIVE Rip Off West Jordan Utah
I had been going to the same location for a couple of years before Bob purchased the shop and thought I would get the same quality service, wrong!! The first mistake was getting a new set of tires from him, nothing but problems with them, side walls cracking, belts separating and poor ware. Bob always had an excuse and none were his fault or the fault of the tires, thought I had a warrantee but he just made excuses. Two of the tires had to be filled two to three times a month, again not the tires he told it was my rims and he needed to sand blast them for $150.00 per rim. I have replaced the tires and have had no other problems. I had a problem with what I thought was a balance, the service tech told me to inflate the tires to the max and run them for a month or two, he would not balance or rotate them. Come to find out bad shocks, you would think a tire shop would be able to figure this one out, not Bob.
Another rip off is his pressure to change break, power steering fluid, my mistake but had him do the brakes for $100.00, after leaving the reservoir top off causing all the new fluid to leak out and almost getting in an accident he refilled the fluid with what looked like old fluid. When I questioned him on this he was very defensive and would not do his color matching comparison on the new/old fluid. I could go on for a while but I end here DO NOT USE Terro Automotive!!!! I am not an old employee just a ripped off consumer.
