I am sorry and surprised to see the comments above. All of our distributors handle their customers fairly, if she would have called she would have received a return. We have testimonials of success and we have testimonials of the opposite. We also allow returns. We have a product that I never get returns on (our face lift product) and we have other products that we do. On our site www.bodyofconfidence.com you will find that I made sure that it makes it very clear that the "LIPO KIT" works on some and does not work on others. Please see below" We want to make something very clear. This product works for some very well. This product has been re-ordered because of the good results. This product also does not work as well on others. This product has a guarantee that is different than the other products because of the free additions so please read the Guarantee before your purchase. We are in business to keep you as a happy customer. We also firmly believe that the best way to maintain your progress in both appearance and health is to have a faithful exercise program. It is ashame that the customer did not contact the Distributor so she could have received a refund. I do not like to have un-happy customers. I realize that people desperate to lose weight are willing to try anything, but if in the two weeks that you waited for the right time to rub the magic gel on your body, you would have had a program of diet and moderate exersise, then you would have lost measurable inches. Thry that next time. No pain no gain is a very accurate slogan.
