Bodyrenew Bodyrenew Going to continue to take 300 out of my account, for services I can't use. Delco plaza Winchester va
So I sign up to the gym In hopes of losing weight. Kind of a no brainer there. When I signed up I was a stay at home mom and wanted to get my life back on track to a healthier life style. I signed up with my friend who wanted to do a personal trainer. I thought yes, this will help kick off our work outs. Well we had talked to couple different people about training with each other. Each one told us something different. We wanted to train together, which to us isn't a big deal we both knew there were different thing we needed to work on, but wanted to give training together ago. So we sit down to sign everything and was told "oh you can't train together." Mind you we were judt told at the front desk we could. So even tho I was pissed I still agree to go forward. We get everything fixed up to meet the trainers, both of our trainers cancel. Mine did reach out to me, but I had just landed a job working 12 hour shifts and some overnights too.
So I had not gotten back to her. I had gone into bodyrenew as I wanted to cancel my membership and training. The girl at the front desk said she could not do anything that Nate would call me so that the 300 for training wouldn't come out. Nate Called and left a message saying he was going to try and get the 300 back into my account. Great right? No! So I call Nate back only to be told I signed up for 3 months I can't cancel and you will continued to be billed for your training that I'm not doing. He had said he was going to call one of the owners to see if they would make an exception and let me cancel and get my 300 back. He would let me know either way, but that was 2 weeks ago and never got a call. Note: Nate was not the nicest of people to deal with. I called my bank to put a stop payment so I wasn't getting charged $300 a month for something I could not longer do.
Bank said because I used my bank card they can't stop payment. I would have to cancel my card and get a new one. So I called bodyrenew again to try and work something out. This time I got Kim. Super nice very understanding, but again got the same s**t. Your still going to be charged 300! A month. Mind you I have not step foot in bodyrenew to work out, only to continue to fix a problem. So bodyrenew is perfectly fine taking 300 out of a hard working mom, that has not even used any of their equipment. It's absolutely dishearting to know a company is willing to take your money like that! So I now have to cancel my card which is a $10 fee and get taken to collections because I'm not willing to pay for something I can no longer do. I'm sure this is a great place to work out and become fit, but it will be a cold day in hell before I go back there!
