Will Faimatea is the owner of Bond Technical Management in Monaco. He advertises he makes his money selling services for installing satellite communication systems on Yachts. After he contacts you he lures you into a contract that he says is with a Billionaire from Russia named Roman Abramovich. After he orders from you he frauds you on the terms that he committed to in the contract and sues you for 10 times the amount. This is his standard fraud, I have heard it from many others that have been cheated. He has an accomplice in London that carries out the lawsuit. Stay away from Will Faimatea with Bond Technical Management or he will cost you money that you never owed. A fraudulent coward that makes his money from suing people and hiding in Monaco.

Bond TM is a reputable company and has only been involved in two connected litigation suits, both of these against Paul Pazzaglini of North Carolina.  Bond TM won its first litigation suit against P&L / P&L International-NC  ("P&L") and its Director, President and shareholder, Paul Pazzaglini.

Bond TM brought a second separate lawsuit against Paul Pazzaglini personally and PliiNC, another company operated and owned by Paul Pazzaglini.  This action is ongoing.

As the first judgment against P&L shows Bond TM paid P&L a 50% deposit for a Ziphaser Satellite Antennae purported to be for yachts but the goods were never delivered and the deposit never returned.  The judgment entered against P&L was for the non return of the deposit. The judgment entered against Paul Pazzaglini, individually, was for a prior act of defamation.

Paul Pazzaglini has admitted placing this report on Rip-Off Report which was posted shortly after Bond TM had entered into its second piece of litigation with him. Bond TM have added an action for defama ion to this second lawsuit based on the false contents of Paul Pazzaglini's posting.

Bond TM is taking all necessary legal action on this matter to protect the Yachting Industry it serves.

Please contact Bond TM for a copy of the judgment against P&L and  Paul Pazzaglini (Note the words “Unfair and deceptive trade or practice, direct violation of non disclosure and libel being used towards P&L and/or Paul Pazzaglini).
