Complaint Review: Bonefish Macs Sports Grille Wellington - Wellington Florida

 Ok so its official now i will never again go to BONEFISH MACS in wellington.. PLEASE READ!!!!! First off I ALWAYS GO TO THIS PLACE, and the last 2 times were awful. First after a day of work i invited my employee and his lady out for a drink. Everything went well until we realized there was something leaking from the ceiling that hit my food. At first i thought it was me losing my mind, then i realized it was their ac leaking. The table behind me refrained from eating their food, and demanded their check after 5 mins, after receiving their food because "dirty water" splashed into their food. Now i know sometimes things go unseen as a business owner myself but after analyzing the situation i realized it was simple neglect. I then looked at a tv and seen there was a white substance spread upon it as if it was sprayed with milk 2 months ago. I addressed the issues with the "general manager" and declined every free drink offer and food offer he granted me.

Now i get there today on cinco de mayo, i come from a softball game with one of my teammates for dinner and a drink after the game. Everything started off well when we were seated. We ordered our drinks. The bucket of beers came back without the mixed drink for my friends fiancé, we were told the bar was too busy. After waiting we finally received our drinks and ordered our food. Not only was the waiter completely ignoring and having an attitude with us. But he forced us to close out our check and advised us to order from the bar. I So now after 2 bucket specials we went to the bar to finish with a shot of some sort. At first the bartender passed us twice and then left the bar outside. Now i figure she was busy or possibly getting ice. She then served someone standing right next to me at the bar, she turned around and went to service the other side of the bar After she turned around i raised my hand with a smile. THE BARTENDER THEN NOTICED ME WITH MY HAND UP, LOOKED AT ME, LAUGHED AND NODDED HER HEAD IN A "no" style, walked up to me and said "YOU THINK IM SERVING YOU" and laughed in my face. Now at this point im completely baffled and my girlfriend, friends and i cant seem to grasp what was told to me.i then replied "huh" because I didnt understand what she was talking about. This curly haired bartender then replied with " i know who you are, u tipped 7 dollars on a 100 tab" now being a hairstylist i felt she had me confused as i tip 30-45% considering i work on tips. After This was brought to her attention and i stated she may have me Confused. She then replied with " i know Exactly who you are you slept with my friend lauren". Not only was this embarrassing to me considering i was with my lady for 3+yrs but i then wanted to speak with the manager.

I walked inside and requested a manager, we walked outside to address the situation and all the "general Manager" had to say was get them a drink on me. After being insulted i told the manager the drink was appreciated and i would like to Respectfully decline. I then started to Be tormented by the "regulars" there stating ive been a pain and annoying since ive been there. I find that hard to believe when i was at a table with my lady and a friend and his lady, we were involved in our own convo. I then got approached by a cook with gold teeth that started to curse at me and round the manager as if he wanted to fight me. I told him i wanted no problems and insisted i didnt want to fight. The manager then told the cook to Step inside. He spoke with the employee after I walked out She came back laughing and continued her shift as if nothing happened. This is the most insulting and uncomfortable experience i have ever had at a bar from allowing your employees to insult customers and allowing your customers to insult other customers is just outrageous. How does places like this stay in business? I definitely recommend you do Not attend this place and share this post to allow people to see what goes on. My money wasn't valued and its a possibility your money wont be either.
