I bookit a honeymoon for my son and his girlfriend to Jamaica. Booked the flight and hotel through them. A couple of weeks later I started getting emails at least everyother day telling me my flights changed. They changed to a unexceptable accomodations. I called to get something worked out and book it said they couldnt help me with it. Called Sprint they said they had to change flight cause they are not offering that flight. I told them it was not exceptable. They told me they would cancell it and put money back on my account. I cancelled my book it reservation which they charged me $50 plus 147 for insurance.
Now I am getting a email from bookit telling me they are not going to refund me for the flight I would just get a credit with them and I had to use it within one year. When I use the credit they are going to charge me between 100 and 350 to rebook a flight. That is a rip off.
Just for curiosity I go back on there for the same reservation and they are still offering my original flight that doesn't even exist. So it becomes fraudulant when you still sell unexpecting people a flight that does not exist so they will cancel and they keep all this money. They need to be charged for my suffering on this. Trying to do something nice for my son and his bride and get scamed. They more than likely never had the flight they are offering.
