boost mobile gps rip-off Irvine, California
I have been with boost/sprint for 3 years. Loyal customer. Last week (6-24-2011) I started having problems using my GPS. I have never had to pay to use this and I use it daily. I have called boost numerous amounts of times asking to speak to a supervisor or a number to corporate. They tell me there is no number for corporate and the supervisor is very rude. I was told that the navigation that is on the phone is free. There is another one that cost. As the customer service rep. was fixing my phone so this problem didnt persist we were disconnected (not the first time it has happened to me). When I call back they tell me he was lying that I have to pay for navigation.
Now, when I try to purchase it, it still don't work. So, I call back and still they can't assist me. When I pull up my navigation system it says "TeleNav GPS Navigator is not included in you Boost service plan. Please upgrade to a Boost unlimited planm or purchase Telenav gps navigator for 9.99 a month or 2.99 a day". The thing is I pay for the daily $2.00 unlimited plan!!!! Isn't that false advertisement? My unlimited includes talk text web data and all of that. So, how am I having to pay for this? And their customer service reps are rude and dont' speak english. When I ask for someone who is american they come back with " I am american" No you're not I don't understand what you are saying!!!! Boost is a rip off and if that's considered false advertisement i would like to sue them!!!! I have never been through so many problems with a phone company!!!
