So I have been with them back in 2001 when they had call waiting! As much know now they dont offer that feature anymore because of the chat plan. Well I upgraded to the chat plan thinking it was going to be good. But instead its a steal. if you dont check your balance alot they would start taking 1-3 dollars a day from your account if your not a very active checker like me. I called them once and a reprsentive told me that they were having problems and there was no way she can get my money back. So I told her I want to talk to someone bigger. She hung up on me. I let it go. and re boosted. I mean it was just three dollars right. So ok. I went and bought a 10 dollar boost card from 7eleven the rechargeable ones. I put in ten and they added the internet on there for me! I never asked or bothered with it. I was getting charged everyday now 1.35 for something I didnt use. I called them to cancel the net. they did but canceled my service! I was on the phone talkin and said i needed to reboost again. So I dialed 611 and a representive told me that I was taken off the plan. I told her I didnt call and said take me off the plan i said take the stupid internet that you guys added so I can only get charged a dollar a day. So she was trying to explain and convice me re boost and she can do it. I told her I got the receit in hand and I know what I said so transfer me to the technical support. and I told him what happen! After a hour off talking to these jerks I finally got my 9dollars back! Now todayy I lose my sim! I call them to cancle my accoun and they said we cant we can only suspended it and you can wait 30 days to be canceled then add it on the other account! Why the hell do i have to wait 30 days to cancel something I want canceled im paying for the service. and I want it canceled so I can get my other phone to work. they told me we dont give out replacements so go pay for another one.

This company likes to steal peoples money! If i could presscharges I really would! I hate the way they are when they know they got someones money! They laugh about it and just want you to spend more. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone! They are going broke so need to get as much money as they cann! if a lawyer and contact to me on this I would appreciate.

Boost! If you are reading this. Please do us a favor and fix up the company to how it used to be.
