I asked them to clean my mattress and couch. They charged a whooping $319. A guy showed up and said, for a King size mattress and couch with cushions its $450. I had relayed this information when I booked them. At the time of booking, they told me some discount if I pay them then. I had booked close to 20 days before my appointment. Anyway, I wasn't going to pay $450 for cleaning a couch set and a Mattress, mind you that there were no stains or anything on them it was just a general cleaning cause I am have a little OCD about cleaning. Cosequently, I said BS and canceled the appointment. They said sure we will reimburse you ! I was glad.
Today it been close to 2 month, 8 calls later with minimum wait time of 20 mins and many Cathy(sweet talker) will call you right back or Micheal Ochoea(president) will call you right back, they never did. After being a nuisance to them, they did call me back. And now I get your check is in the mail !
When I canceled, they said I should have got my money in 4 -5 bussiness days. It is funny they will accept your card but won't put money back in there but will send you a check. I think my time is wasted and my money is gone!
So, if you want to pay a company not to show up and do there job while playing with you these games and if you are a masochist I would definately recommend them.
Otherwise, Stay the F**k away!
Further, all they do is call a guy from a local area who is not in anyway connected to them. I did not see any logos or any training or requirement.
Subsequently, I did call a local company which charged me $125 for the same and did a stellar job. (I gave him a $25 tip so say $150)

My husband owns a local carpet cleaning company in MO. My brother owns a totally different carpet cleaning company in IL.
BOTH have been called up by Boss Optima the day before the job asking them to clean for them. They had no contact prior to the phone call, there was no "Boss Optima Training'.
When asked, Boss Optima didn't know the sq foot of the carpet needing cleaned the very next morning. When my husband arrived to clean one sectional, there were three sectionals instead of one. Boss Optima apparetly "forgot to mention" the extra two sectionals. Whoops!
They appear to randomly quote jobs with no regards to the actual work that is needed. They charge the consumer twice as much as local rates, and you are getting the exact same cleaning service. Our experiance as one of their "talented technicians" was not good.
I would 2nd the original posters advice. Call a local company. Don't pay extra for someone to call a local company for you.
