We prepaid Jeremy D Ritchea of Bouncetel Communications LLC $396 for 4 hours of support for our 3CX VOIP software for our phones. We used a small portion of this for some support and after that Jeremy went AWOL.
We were desperately trying to get a hold of him in the past and he would not respond. It was an urgent situation because our phones went down. a week later, someone got a hold of us named Steve but by that time we have found and paid someone else. So I contacted Jeremy and explained to him how unprofessional it was for an IT person to ignore important messages for support. He agreed that there was no excuse for his poor service. He agreed to send us our money back but nothing ever showed up. I have called and emailed a ton of times and he refuses to respond.
Once I left a voicemail in accounting to see if that would work but it didn't. A lady called me back that she used to work for him. There was another time I got through but this time it was to a customer of theirs. For some reason, the call got re-routed to a client of theirs. This client was not very happy with Jeremy and was having a second thought about whether he was capable to support them.
I have even tried to contact the manufacturer of our 3CX software and they showed not even a concern that Jeremy is supporting their software and mistreating their client. The last empathy makes me want to shout out to the world to not buy the 3CX software. Ethics is everything and if a company does not seem concerned about theft then a red flag is raised. To this day I am trying to get someone in 3CX to be concerned in order to force Jeremy to give us our money back.
The fact that their website is down is another red flag.
