Don't stand behind their repairs, put on aftermarket parts without telling us, and then charged us for the repair because there was no warranty. While our vehicle was in for repair, they changed their policy to not put on OEM parts, but we did not benefit from that policy change. EVEN THO I have brought my vehicle in a month after the faulty repair, they "couldn't find the problem", so they said to just "drive it off until it settled". WHAT?? That's why I waited the month!!!. The repair of the faulty part was AGAIN DONE WITH A part that I did not ask for or want. I wanted, and asked for the lifetime warrantied part, but they said it was not in stock. It's the ONLY BRAND of brake pad that you advertise that you use. Are brake pads really that uncommon that you wouldn't have it in stock? Especially since I waited a week for my appointment, told you what I needed, and so you had a week to make sure you would have the parts on stock. This place is a gong show.
And, the service manager says that I may have to replace brake pads every year, which is strange, because why did I only have to replace one of the back brake pads after a year , and she gave me the other one to take home and said that the one she left on was perfect? It had also been on for a year. Only one brake pad failed in the back, so it's obviously a lie to tell me that they have to be replaced every year.
