I rented my house to Brad Evans who appeared to be a good tenant at first glance. He stopped paying rent after a few months and gave me a sob story as to why he could not pay. He delayed his eviction by paying me $200 as an installment for back rent and promised to pay his rent in full at the end of the month.
When he could not fulfill his commitment to pay rent that month he sent me a letter with his intent to vacate the property on 9/1/15. When I came to reclaim my property on the agreed upon date he informed me that I would have to kick him out and refused inspection of the property.
When I came to the house with the Sherriff I drilled the lock and opened the door to find the shock of my life. The Sheriff said it was the worst eviction he had seen. There was hundreds of pounds of animal feces on the floor, walls and counters. The bathroom was full of human feces and the entire house was covered in urine.
