""sorry for the inconvenince it was a consignment car we dont deal with these cars anymore. we were also unaware of this again sorry for the inconviniece."" The author of this ROR stated TWICE that your business purchased the auto from a salvage auction: ""The vehicle had also been through a salvage auction and was purchased by Brand 1 Autos. It was taken to the state of Georgia and put back together very sloppy. This car was still put through a salvage auction, bought by Brand 1 Autos, taken to Georgia, cosmetically rebuilt, and sold to us in very poor condition."" How is this a "consignment car?" If you purchased it at auction and then had the car cosmetically repaired, how is this a consignment? WHO was the entity you were selling it for? Take your time. We'll wait.

I have some new information about this rip off. I have since found out from the insurance company that totaled this vehicle after the accident last August that if a car is seven years old or older, they do not have to stamp the title as salvaged. This car was still put through a salvage auction, bought by Brand 1 Autos, taken to Georgia, cosmetically rebuilt, and sold to us in very poor condition. The title will probably come back as clear the next time it is registered even though the car was totaled. Because Brand 1 Autos did not disclose to us that this vehicle had been severely damaged in an accident, we should get our full purchase price back. They told us a week ago that if we hauled the car to Georgia that they would give us our money back. We are supposed to meet at the lot with the car tomorrow. Stay tuned for further updates.
