I ordered a sheep costume for my 12 month old daughter to use for Halloween. The size was listed as 6-18 months. The costume was way too big AND poorly made of the most uncomfortable burlap fabric imaginable. After being on hold for 45 minutes to find out how to return it, the costumer service guy told me I had to email someone else for a return merchandise code. Then once this person emailed me the RMA code, I could "apply" for a return. This could only happen within 3 days of receiving merchandise even though the website did not state this anywhere. If my reasons were eligible for a return, I could return it at my expense, within 3 days and it would cost me a 20% "restocking" fee! They tried to get me to order a different sheep costume. Like I would ever take a chance on letting them rip me off again. I'm already out $30 with nothing to show for it. And that's if they ever refund my money at all. It's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't been refunded one red cent!

I made a purchase thru Onsale.com (PC MALL-brands on sale and onsale,com are owned by same company). I recorded the call and asked if the purchase would be delievered on a certain date I was told yes. Well my request for the tracking # was ignored until AFTER my account was debited for the purchase. Then I still had to initiate contact with these idoits at onsale. Well to cut the story short I was given the run around laughed at and then told that if I wanted the item they would be glad to ship out a new one for next day delievery. Here is the BOMB. They would charge me a second time, and then after they received the other package from UPS which still had custody of it, I would get a credit. I asked them if they were retarded? Anyways, I did a little research found they company headquarters got the executive office where I spoke to a guy by the name of Rory. This guy WAS REALLY wanting to help me! He gave me to a District manager named Shawn who is looking in to it and has assurred me that he would do his best to get this right! I beleive them. My point is here that it is not oftern that you find a company whose president took a call from a very small customer and is correcting it! I am not saying that the complaints filed here are without merit. What I am saying is that when my problem was submitted to an individual in that company who had "the power" to fix it, it was handled! So dont let some little $8.00 kid tell you that his supervisor is out to lunch and that you have to settle for less. This company (and I say this because I believe it) really does care about every customer and will resolve an issue to the extent that it can. This is why this company has over 2400 employees and is in busines for 20+ some years! Why to go you guys!
