I had Bravo Moving ship an antique curio cabinet from Maryland to California. They were suppose to pick it up when I was in Maryland but did not until three days after I had left. You can never talk to a live person. I would leave messages and no one would return my calls. When they finally delivered the item it was broken and they demanded cash for the balance due. I filed a claim shortly after receiving the item and as of January 19, 2011 I have not received any payment for the repairs I had to make on my item. When I signed my contract with them, they were BBB acredited but lost if at the end of December 2009. The pick up date was in January 2010. This company is being investigated and been fine alot of money. They have now closed up as Bravo Moving and are now operating under Radio City LLC, 4420 Bankers Cir, Ste I, Atlanta, GA 30360. They should not be allowed to be in business and should be put in jail. They have done this to other people holding theiritems hostage, demanding more money. Right now, I would like all the money I paid them but would settle for the repair costs. These people should not be allowed to do this to any other families. The company that delivered the item to me is called Oasis Moving & Storage. It was sent by Bravo to Oasis, which is located in Arizona.
