On Wednesday, May 1st, I submitted an order to fasterjags.com with a credit card. Brian Welker called me immediatly after he received payent and told me he was going to fedex the order thursday and I would receive it Monday. That order number is

After multiple unanswered emails and phone calls over a period of 6 weeks, I left a message telling him that I was going to reverse the credit card charges if he didnt ship my products by Friday, June 14th. On Friday at 4:54pm Brian Welker sent me a fedex notice of shipment for a package. The tracking number gave details that the Shipment had been "initiated". The estimated delivery date was June 18th. As of 6/20 the status is as follows:

It appears that Brian Welker has a history of poor customer service. I wish I had researched him before I sent him $515.55. I have heard good things about his products but, that doesnt help me if I cant receive it.
