I inquired via the phone about snap on veneers.  I asked questions and was assured I would be happy with the product.   I went through the process as expected.  they made several impressions and veneers  

the first set of veneers they made should never have left the lab they were so bad and when I called to return them the customer service person on the phone even commented to me that she was surprised they sent them to me as they didn't look good to her.

Had more impressions made (2 or 3 more).  Didnt fit, then looked like horse teeth on me, then fit okay but still looked awful--not teeth that I would want to show anyone.  So not much of a beautiful smile!?

I called and asked to speak to the comptroller about getting a refund as this would never work for me.  My current teeth were too uneven, etc and I could tell that no matter how many sets of veneers they made it would not be a natural beautiful smile.  Even the comptroller at that time agreed and said they were implementing new procedures to screen out people like me.  She said she felt I could get a refund (probably only a partial refund) and she would submit my case.  I was denied but had the option to resubmit and askEd that she do that and she said she would. I waited a couple of months and when I didn't hear back I called only to find out that she no longer worked there and my case had never been resubmitted. 

I spoke with the new comptroller and she said she would resubmit.  She did-- got denied then resubmitted and got denied again.

She said they could make another set of veneers and keep trying.  I knew the product well enough by this time that I didn't believe they could make a set for me.  She then said she would check with the lab people to see what they thought.

I never heard back.  In fact their customer response was awful.  I would ask them to call me or email me the status etc during each submission. Rarely did they contact me.  I would always have to call and/or email them several times to get to speak with someone. 

I feel this company is a big rip off for people like me.  They should know that not everyone is a good candidate And make a provision for refunding.   Sure they work for some people but there are a lot of people they don't work for. 

Im looking for a refund for a product I paid for but cannot use (except maybe on Halloween to scare someone!)
