I received an e-mail from the BBB Ft. Worth Texas letting me know that they made three attempts to correspond with Brighter Image with no success. They did not receive any response from Brighter Image. I was told that the case was close and that the (No Response) will be a part of Brighter Image's record with the BBB's for three years. This business is unbelievable...I really believe that they think that all they have to do is ignore everyone and it will go away. Shame on them!

BBB Complaint Process: Your complaint will be forwarded to the business within two business days. The business will be asked to respond within 14 days, and if a response is not received, a second request will be made. You will be notified of the business's response when we receive it (or notified that we received no response). Complaints are usually closed within 30 business days.

Although this may not be the solution, it will be a recorded effort that you have tried to find a solution should anyone decided to take their claims to Small Claims or any other form of legal action.

Please, if you have a complaint file it with The Better Business Bureau in Forth Worth Texas. and with the Federal Trade Commission. Please don't assume that just because a few people have filed complaints that that will be sufficient to stop this company (Brighter Image) from continuing their deceptive tactics.
It is very easy to file a complaint with the BBB...Just look up the BBB in Forth worth Texas click on consummer and typed in the Phone Number 817 2078200. Have ready so that you can input the Full name and address of Brighter Image and the name of their websight. Have this ready when you file the complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. (Also available online)
Please Stand-Up for yourselves...There comes a time in our lives when we must act.
I have filed a Complaint with both the BBB and FTC. against Brighter Image.
