Brilliant Skin I ordered a one time skin cream from this company online for $10, then 2 months later was charged $89.95 twice for some monthly fee I never registered for. Santa Ana, California Internet
I ordered a one time trial of a skin cream, then two monthry later was charged $89.95 twice for some kind of montly fee service charge. A new set a creams did arrive. The creams are worthless. I called to cancel this charge and return the item. The customer service agent was extremely rude and would absolutely not refund my bill with out a $9.95 restocking fee. This is a total rip off. Then to make it worse, apparently the two separate charges are becuase there are separate companies. Even though the creams look exactly the same and are shipped in the same box. Now I have to go through this entire process of complaint again with the second company!
