Broadcast Pro Sales Frank Gabb Never Sent Product After Payment in Full Los Angeles California
On the 22nd December 2014, Frank Gabb of Broadcast Pro Sales provided us with a quote for a Sony PDW-HD1500. We paid for the unit via PayPal on the 22nd January 2015. Frank stated the unit was 'in stock' and ready to go.
Frank made numerous promisies regarding the time of delivery of the unit, and deadlines kept getting missed.
He kept providing FedEx tracking numbers that didn't exist and when it finally did look like something was shipped the FedEx site said it was a 'small' box that was only 2lbs, I asked Frank about it and he stated that he did actually pack the player into the box and FedEx was wrong, when the device came it was just the manuals for the device.
Promise after promise was broken, until we eventually launched a PayPal dispute regarding the unit and got our money back from PayPal.
DO NOT PURCHASE from Frank Gabb or Broadcast Pro Sales, there are other reports regarding his behaviour on this site and reported on other sites such as http://www.broadcaststore.com/Company/ where they state the following....
