Broadwayphoto.com Company tried to sell accesories and when failed said model is not USA model Internet
I knew about the 'bad' reputation about this company but decided to test it anyway. I ordered a JVC camcorder GR-D850 on their website which has a $163 price. I get a confirmation email and then another email to contact them at 1-800-307-1148 Extension 278 to verify the order. I did not call them but a company representative called soon enough. He tried to sell me batteries, filters and when I said I do not need all those, he said that the model that I ordered is a non-USA model. I told them what they are doing is BS and put down the phone. What happened is all going according to the script that I read elsewhere about this company. I subsequently received an email saying that I have cancelled my order. Do spread the word that that this is a BAD company.
