I ordered a Free 14 day sample and paid $4.95 ofr s/h, then 16 days later They charged my acct 69.95 and I never
recieved the other pills. I called their 866-8970663 number and waited on the phone for 18 mins and never got thru. Then I got on their web site and tried to cancell further charges and the system said they had no acct of my Name or charges. I will never order on line again.

I ordered the 14day free trial and was charged 4.95 and then 69.95 for the 30 day supply if i choose to keep the free trial bottle of Bromalite. If I do nothing they will keep charging my acct 69.95 monthly and ship monthly the 30 day supply. If you do not want autoship you call them to cancel acct. Today i called and Cancelled my acct to stop future autoships/charges to my acct for Bromalite 866-897-0663. Then I called FitFactory 866-407-1022 to cancel the Web fitness site that i was automatically signed up for so that they dont charge me 29.95 monthly for. They gave me confirmation numbers so I will watch my checking acct to make sure they do not continue any charges. Hope the phone numbers help you communicate with these companies.
