Bromalite signed up for the trail and was charged $69.95 within 2 days after receiving my trail not the 15 days and when I treid to cancel on the website it shows no oders on file, can not get thru to them on the phone. Internet
I signed up for the trail offer was charged the $4.95 and 2 days latter was charged another $69.95. I have treid to cancel on line as suggested and allt he information I ou tin comes up on order on file. I have been trying to reach them by phone and have been unsuccessful. I will keep trying...

I ordered Bromalite over 2 weeks ago. Was charges the s&h fee within 24 hours. I cancelled fit factory right away. I called 2 times to verify that it had been cancelled. I recorded the last conversation. Bromalite is another story, they play games with the customers. Half the time you can't get through to the number. Half the time they put you on hold for long periods then hang up on you. I did reach them finally and cancelled my membership. Was told to keep the product and no further charges would be applied. So far, I have been charged S&H and never did get the Bromalite. It would be early to get any additional charges. I also recordered my call to verify the cancellation. The longer it is that I don't get the product, the more pissed that I am getting. They stole flat out my shipping and handling cost. I have contacted Falon by email and have gotten 2 responses. The last saying that S&H are not refundable. What a crock. Well Falon, you may not return my S&H charges that were collected on the assumption that a product would be sent, which would be YOUR part of the deal, but I can promise you that refunding it will cost you less than the negative comments I will be writing about you on every website I can. I will also be contacting the states attorney Lisa Madigans office to make sure you would not be required to give me my money back since you flat out hands down stole it from me. If I find that you are liable to return my money, rest assured that I will file the appropriate charges.
