Back in late November I received a letter from this company. The lady I spoke with, Mrs Torres, seemed to be kind and considerate and we reached a settlement I could work with. The electronic check was authorized, posted, cleared my bank - I have a nice print-out - but I have never been able to contact this firm again to get the promised letter of settlement/payment.
So, is the account paid or am I out even more money? Hard to tell at this point. But am consistantly working on it.
