 I ordered online from Brothers cut never received it in the mail my tracking number didn't work I emailed them to find out what the problem was and they gave me excuse after excuse after so long of me emailing them they quit responding altogether I have not received any form of contact from them I cannot find any form of contacting them other than email and they refused to refund my money
