Broward Factory Service Florida Extremely unprofessional, rude, time and money consuming! Internet, Internet
Broward Factory Service is the most unprofessional and unreliable
contractor company you can possibility find. Recently I had problem with my
washing machine and AC. After 3 visits they are still telling me they need to make
final visit to decide if they can change the machine with a new one or not!
Other than taking the time off from work 3 times already, I spend close to 2
hours on the phone with a rep name Michel and the Manager Jerry! They both were
extremely unreasonable! Lack of understanding and professionalism made my
entire experience with this company total disaster. When I have no AC and washing
machine for 1week for, Michel still can make fun and tell me ok Ill send you
the new machine on Monday; then when I confirm if she is sending me the
machine on Monday she tells me that was a joke Im not sending you a new
machine! What is this? What kind of employees does Broward Factory Service employ?
Why Manager Jerry even does not understand the importance of not having AC and washing
machine for 1 week and is not willing to help and resolve the issue! I will
never ever recommend this company to anyone and when I have my own place soon definitely
will not work with them!
