Broward Factory Service we have the gold contract for our air conditioner and they can't seem to fix it and we have the gold contract which is states they are supposed to replace when they can't fix but its seems always to be our fault why its not working and they refuse to replace like the contract states. Buyer Beware!!! Any contract from Broward Factory Service is a huge rip-off!!!!
We have a gold contract for our appliances and air conditioner which states that if they cannot repair they must replace. but apparently everything seems to be our fault and even though they cannot repair and sometimes don't even send anyone to repair they won't replace like their contract states. That contract and the company are a huge waste of money.
