My driver side window fell into my door and I took it to Bruce Titus Jeep Service in Olympia, WA for repairs. While in they informed me that they would take care of some recalls I had. I paid just over $400 to have the window replaced. When I got my car, I could not shift it, nor would the gear indicator move to the correct gear. I went in and told the service advisor and he had a mechanic adjust it. It still was not right, but it would at least drive. I drove across town and when I shut my car I could not get it restarted as the gears were completely froze up. I called the service department and was told to pay to have it towed to them. They were finally able to get to where my car would start, but it hasn't shifted the same since. They refused to undo the work and stated they could fix what the recall did, but it would cost me several hundred dollars. I refused. My window fell back into my door just two days after getting it out of the shop. I took it back to the service department. They looked at it and told me it would cost an additional $500 to fix it. I refused since I had just paid $400 on it. I tried to get them to undo everything they had done so that I could go somewhere else and have the work done right. They refused to work with me whatsoever. So, my window is currently propped in the up position, will not roll down. Turns out I didn't even need a new window like they said I did. It still cost me $400 even though I can't use it. Take my advise, don't do business with Bruce Titus Automotive Jeep Service if you want your rig to run right!
